Cancellation Policy

Cookie & Claus Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Cookie & Claus — Charleston’s Charming Christmas Duo! We’re so excited to bring a little North Pole magic to your home, event, or photo session. To ensure a smooth and joyful experience for everyone, please review our booking policy below: 📅 Bookings & Payments - A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. - Full payment is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit unless otherwise agreed upon. - Add-ons must be confirmed at least 3 days before your event to ensure availability. 🕒 Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be rescheduled once, based on availability. - Cancellations made within 7 days of your visit will forfeit the deposit. - No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the visit are non-refundable. - In the rare case Cookie & Claus must cancel (due to weather, emergency, etc.), we will issue a full refund or reschedule promptly. 🏠 In-Home Visit Guidelines - Please have all guests ready and gathered at the scheduled time. - You’re welcome to take your own photos during the visit. - Pre-arranged gifts or notes for your children may be handed to Santa in advance, discreetly. 📸 Photo Sessions - Cookie & Claus do not provide photography or backdrop setups unless otherwise stated. - We’re happy to join your session—just let us know your photographer’s plan and setting. - Please arrive early so sessions can run on time. 🎁 Add-Ons - Add-on items (cookies, bells, letters) must be pre-paid and will be delivered during the visit. - Quantities are limited and offered while supplies last. 🧁 General Policies - Cookie & Claus are background-checked and professional, and we take your family’s safety seriously. - Please supervise children during all visits. - We reserve the right to decline services in situations that may be unsafe or inappropriate. 🎄 We can’t wait to help create warm memories and Christmas magic you’ll cherish forever.
