Refund Policy
We understand that holiday plans can change. Cookie & Claus aims to be fair and transparent with our clients while ensuring our time is respected during the busy Christmas season. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Deposits and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
- The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit or event.
- Payments can be made via approved payment methods listed at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the visit are non-refundable.
- In the rare event that Cookie & Claus must cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule (subject to availability).
3. Rescheduling
- We allow one complimentary reschedule for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance, based on availability.
- Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.
4. Add-On Items
- Custom add-on items (e.g., letters, cookies, ornaments) are non-refundable once prepared or delivered.
- If you cancel a visit but have already paid for an add-on, we will arrange delivery if applicable, or provide a partial refund when possible.
